Cookie policy

What we use and why

Cookies are stored in your browser and sent to the site with later requests. Local storage keeps information in the browser without automatically sending it with every request. We separate strictly necessary functions from external content, analytics and marketing. Browsing, scrolling or closing the dialog does not grant consent for optional categories.

Strictly necessary

ls-session: a random basket and shop session identifier, including private access to a gift voucher order; retained for up to 30 days. It uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. It does not contain a child’s name or payment card details.

The Payload authentication cookie is used after sign-in. Customer sessions last 24 hours and staff sessions 2 hours. These functions do not depend on accepting analytics or advertising.

ls-consent remembers the selected categories, notice version and save time for 180 days so we can respect your choice. A material change of purposes or version requires a new choice. These periods are site settings, not mandatory periods imposed by law.

External content: Google Maps

The embedded map loads only after you allow External content. Before permission, we do not send the iframe request to Google. The shop address and external directions link remain available without this category. Following the external link takes you to Google’s service.

Once loaded, Google may receive your IP address and browser information and use its own cookies under its policies. Processing may involve other countries. Read the Google privacy policy and Google cookie information, including the provider’s retention periods. Withdrawing this category removes the iframe. Our site cannot directly delete cookies on Google’s domain.

Analytics and marketing

Google Analytics and Google Ads may load only when the respective service is configured, reviewed and enabled by the shop and you have allowed its category. Categories not enabled are identified and cannot be selected. These scripts do not load without valid consent for the current version. Meta Pixel is not integrated into the current flow.

Before enabling such services, the policy and cookie inventory must be completed for the actual configuration. We do not present cookies or retention periods for disabled services as if they were already in use. Withdrawal stops measurement and deletes accessible analytics and advertising cookies on our domain. Data previously processed by providers remains subject to their policies and applicable rights.

Local storage you request

ls-favorites-v1 stores identifiers of products you add to favourites, without an advertising cookie. It remains until you remove the favourites or clear site data. When measurement is enabled and the relevant category is allowed, ls-conversion-{id} prevents the same conversion being recorded twice. It is removed when measurement categories are withdrawn or browser data is cleared.

Choosing and withdrawing consent

Reject optional and Accept all appear together with equal prominence. Accept all allows only available categories. Customise lets you choose separately, with optional categories initially off. Rejecting them does not prevent use of the shop’s necessary functions.

Open Cookie settings in the footer or using the button below to save a new choice or reject optional categories. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing. You can also clear site data in your browser; doing so may remove the basket, sign-in session and favourites.

Evidence of your choice and your rights

We record categories, the notice version and language, the time and a hash of the random session identifier. The consent endpoint does not save an IP address or name in this record. Records are retained for no more than 180 days and removed periodically. Hosting providers’ technical logs are separate from this choice record.

For information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, where applicable, contact the controller above. You may complain to CNPDCP. The reference framework is Law no. 195/2024, including transparency and consent conditions, together with Article 116 of Law no. 72/2025 concerning information on terminal equipment.
